NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk 395g
- Lightly grease two 18 x 28cm slice pans, line base and sides with baking paper. Layer biscuits over base of prepared pans.
- In an electric mixer, whisk cream until soft peaks form, pour in NESTLÉ HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk, and continue beating until just firm. Coarsely chop three NESTLÉ KITKAT bars, and gently fold into cream mixture.
- Divide cream mixture evenly over malt biscuits in prepared pans. Crush remaining NESTLÉ KITKAT, sprinkle half over the top of each pan. Place in freezer overnight or until set. Use a hot knife to cut into squares.
